The Issue - Our client, The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship needed to increase the public awareness of the Emerald Ash Borer currently confined east of the Mississippi River.  The message for visitors to Iowa was: "Do not transport firewood into Iowa".  

 Along with massive radio placement we also picked several locations in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois for the billboards we created.  They matched one of our statewide/regional magazine ads to better drive the message.
